You are required to fill in the forms and post it back to us within 30 days, after you have acquired a permanent address in the United Kingdom/Northern Ireland: - Student Registration Form (Form ML 1).
- LPP06 Payment Instruction/Change of Postal Address Form (only available from MARA offices).Please include a sample of your cheque (cheque books are made available to you after you open your bank account), together with this form to MARA London office. Failure in sending the sample of cheque required will result in MARA Kuala Lumpur Headquarters not able to credit into your bank account your monthly allowances.
Please complete the following: - Your MARA 12 digit Reference number (ie 3304 0738 4153).
- Your Identification Card (I/C) number.
- Your full name.
- Fill in the B section, the “Credit My Account Number” with your bank account number, name and address of your bank.
- Sign and date the form.
Apart from the forms in section A above, you are also required to send in the documents below to the MARA London office: 1. Borang pendaftaran MARA yang perlu dilengkapkan | | 2. Dua keping gambar ukuran passport (untuk borang pendaftaran) | | 3. Borang LPP06 (payment instruction) yang perlu dilengkapkan | | 4. Sekeping contoh cek atau surat pengesahan dari bank jika membuka Akaun Simpanan (Saving A/C) Sila kepilkan contoh cek/surat bank bersama Borang LPP06) | | 5. Salinan surat tawaran MARA beserta lampiran-lampirannya | | 6. Salinan passport: mukasurat 1, 2 dan visa | | 7. Salinan surat tawaran dari Universiti/Kolej | | 8. Salinan penghantaran keputusan peperiksaan (satu salinan telah dihantar ke Universiti berkenaan) | |
